Abstract

We propose the first reconfigurable integrated microwave photonic filters (MPFs) on thin-film lithium-niobate-on-insulator platform. The MPF exhibits an operation band extending to millimeter-wave (>40 GHz), and tunable spectral resolution of 0.5-3 GHz. Moreover, Gb/s-level RF wireless communications are demonstrated towards real-world scenarios.
