Cinzia is a lecturer in Organisation Studies at Aston Business School. Her research interests and publications are in the fields of Gender and organisation, Managerial identities and practices, Higher Education, Culture, HRM, Identity and Employee Branding and Team-work. She teaches Organisational Behaviour (MSc), leadership (MBA), research methods (MSc) and contributes to other courses on topics such as diversity. Before joining Aston she worked at Keele University and Wolverhampton University. Cinzia’s research takes a critical perspective on work and organisations and focuses on qualitative methodologies. Cinzia holds a PhD in Management and a Laurea (Italian taught doctorate) in Psychology with a specialisation in Work and Organisational Psychology. At Aston she is an associate of two research centres: InterLand (Aston Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Language and Diversity) and the Aston Centre for Human Resources (ACHRs).
