Biography

 
 

Pam Lowe teaches and researches sociology and policy, with a focus  around women’s reproductive and sexual health, with a particular interest on pregnancy and abortion. She has worked on a number of projects including on the sexual health of online sex workers and young people and sexual consent. Her current research includes a long term ethnographic study of anti-abortion activism in the UK, and a British Academy funded project examining the identification and support for reproductive coercion in reproductive healthcare settings.
