Abstract
This paper considers in the context of land sale and sale of unique personalty, the circumstances when a Purchaser under such a contract can also become a beneficial owner of the property to be purchased in equity and the nature of such a trust. Consideration is then given to the additional remedies which might then operate to the benefit of such a purchaser as a result.
