Biography

My research builds upon three pillars: Sustainable Supply Chain Management, Servitization, and Artificial Intelligence. I teach Operations Management, Quality Management, and Project Management both at undergraduate and at postgraduate level. I collaborate with the Advanced Services Group, and actively engage with small, medium and large businesses.
