    Biography

    Dr Jesvir Kaur Mahil is currently working as a Senior Leader Degree Apprenticeship Coach in Aston Business School, Aston University. Prior to this, she worked as an Ofsted inspector, Education Consultant and Lecturer in large Further Education Colleges in London and Birmingham, specialising in teaching Business Studies.

    Research Interests

    Dr Jesvir Kaur Mahil is an autoethnographic researcher, using Public Engagement and Self-Publishing (including social media). Her doctoral research at the University of Birmingham, an autoethnographic case study, focused on Creativity in Education, exploring her own role as an Ofsted inspector in Further Education.

    She has published several books using a combination of AutoEthnography, Public Engagement and Self-Publishing (APS) as a research methodology, including:
