I joined Aston Business School, Work and Organisation department on October 2022 as a Postgraduate Academic Support Tutor, I design and facilitate Postgraduate professional development workshops. I have a Master's degree in International Human Resources Management and a Master of Business Administration degree. An Associate member of the CIPD. Prior to my engagement with Aston University, I garnered corporate experience in HR consultancy and global HR management. My current research and teaching interests include leadership/Innovation, diversity, inclusion and meaingful work,international and strategic HRM, CSR/ethics/sustainability.
