Biography
I joined Aston Business School, Work and Organisation department in September 2022 as a Postgraduate Academic Support Tutor, I design and facilitate Postgraduate professional development workshops. I have a Master's degree in Education and a Master's degree in Post Compulsory Education Training. A published author and conference delivery have made up some of my professional experience. Prior to my engagement with Aston University, I lectured at Birmingham City University and taught Secondary and Further Education. My current research and teaching interests include SEND education, diversity and inclusion. Also supporting students with Autism in Higher Education.

Research Interests
I am currently working on my Doctorate in Education. My thesis is about how to support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Higher Education. This is a mixed methods study where I will determine an effective pedagogy to enhance the learning of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Through my doctorate so far I have looked at using Rythmanalysis and lived experiences to inform the approach to the research.
