    Biography

    I am a dedicated, ambitious and self-motivated person with extensive academic experience in project management along with a sound engineering background. My main research focus is to achieve sustainable development through Integrative Project Management approaches. My research activities were focused on the engagement of project stakeholders and investigating the project risks with the aim to improve the project performance through achieving the sustainability. My research interest also lies to investigate the cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), new product development and business analytics in project management to improve decision-making processes and optimize the project performance. I have authored research papers in peer reviewed journals and conferences in the areas of measuring project success, managing project stakeholders, risk management and achieving sustainability performances.
