Research Interests
Vanessa's research interests revolve around people and their development. In particular, she is interested in the way people react to different forms of support and what best enhances their learning, whether it is coaching or other forms of development. V
Vanessa's current doctoral research explores compassion in higher education, using the lived experiences of part time EdD and PhD candidates who are working in academia.
