Abstract

Developed by Mainero and Sullivan (2005), the KCM is based on the notion that women shift their career patterns by rotating different aspects of their lives to arrange roles and relationships in new ways in a similar manner to a kaleidoscope which produces changing patterns when the tube is rotated.
