N2 - In this study, we investigate the development of biotechnology from academic entrepreneurship to industrial entrepreneurship. Several factors were studied in order to explore their influence on evolution of Biotechnology in three different context such as United States, Europe area (Italy) for this case study. In the present work some flexible factors were considered due to its transferability to other fields of broad observations regarding entrepreneuring.
