With the COVID-19 pandemic at large, children have been stuck at home. They are being unable to go to school and interact with teachers and friends; they can’t even go to playgrounds or the beach. We know that academic work, extra-curricular activities and sports are essential in the development of a child’s critical thinking which enables her to use reason and logic to judge a situation and react to it accordingly.
