N2 - A series of Challenge-Based Learning (CBL) interventions were designed with the aim of developing working skills for undergraduate students. These CBL interventions were implemented in a UK university, where 300+ undergraduate business students provided their views after participating in this exercise. The results indicate that CBL is useful for this task. It is also an effective approach to developing soft skills such as collaboration, communication, planning and problem-solving. A framework to implement CBL in an Operations Management/Research module is offered.
