Abstract

This case study outlines an example of interdisciplinary teaching and learning in the context of the national priority of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD). Built on the premise that ESD will require a change of mind set as well as new knowledge and skills, it describes a working example of a Living Lab to encourage a deeper engagement with these crucial issues.
