Research Interests

My primary research is the strategic use of information systems in organizational contexts. In this setting, I've lately consulted, researched and published in the deployment and use of Enteprise Systems. My research also extends into the use of information technolgies in various contexts, using social theoretical lens - using user behaviours to understand and deploy technologies more effectively. Lately, this research interest has centred around social media and user behaviours as well.
