    General

    I joined the School of Engineering and Applied Science, Aston University as a lecturer in 2010. I am currently the Programme Director of MSc programmes of Electronic Engineering. I previously held the positions of Lecturer at University of Bedfordshire, Research Fellow at University of Strathclyde and Research Officer at Swansea University.

    I obtained my BEng (First Class Honours) and MEng degrees in Electronic Engineering from Sichuan University and Huazhong University of Science and Technology, both in China. I obtained my PhD degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from University of Bath, UK.

    IEEE 802.11 wireless local area networks (WLAN), wireless personal area networks (WPAN), wireless sensor networks (WSN), WiMAX, LTE, Femtocell, smart grid, e-health
