Reviews the issues discussed at a November 2018 conference at Aston University, entitled "15 Years of the Enterprise Act 2002 Insolvency Reforms: Reflections and Thoughts on Future Reform". Details papers on issues including the ongoing insolvency reform proposals, corporate restructuring, differentiating between types of unsecured creditor, the theoretical model underpinning the current system, and the reform's influence on global developments.
