I am currently the module leader for the following modules

I hold a Senior Fellowship of Higher Education Academy and currently contribute to the University's Research Inspired Teaching Excellence programme as a reviewer.

My own teaching excellence has been recognised by students including at the 2019 Aston Students Union Academic Awards, where I received the award for Feedback and Development.

Research Interests

My research is largely concerned with the role of design in business. In particular, I study innovation and service management, and where designcontributes to these. I welcome collaborations and PhD applications related to my topics of interest, including

  • 3D Printing and Additive Manufacturing
  • Business Model Innovation
  • Innovation Ecosystems and Platforms

PhD Supervision

I currently supervise doctoral students investigating service operations, capabilities and performance.

I am keen to supervise projects related to my research interests and publications.
