Research Interests

I have a range of research interests that focus on the strategic management-marketing interface. A major focus of my work is an exploration of different ways of thinking about strategy in the leadership and management of change. In addressing this research agenda I have investigated management cognition within different contexts such as in retail store management, an organizational wide study of cognition within the health sector and most recently in the context of investigating strategies used in SMEs to exploit innovation.
