Research Output per year
I joined Aston University in 2010 and have undertaken varied roles such as Programme Director and Associate Dean International. In my current role as Associate Dean for Public Engagement for the College of Business and Social Sciences, I work on knowledge-sharing and knowledge-creating activities that bring together researchers at Aston and members of the community. I work closely with external stakeholders in our region and wider society.
We are an engaged, forward-looking College – a College that cares about the social good, and that seeks to promote inclusive growth and sustainable communities. We understand public engagement to be informed not only by research but to also include teaching activities, placement opportunities, volunteering initiatives, etc. If you would like to participate, please feel free to contact me.
I am also a Senior Teaching Fellow, and I lead modules in French and in Sociology. My research interests are in Sociology of Childhood, Education, and Religion.
